The Veil codes give Roblox players a useful early way to adjust their character options before pushing further into the experience's threatening labyrinth. The currently available rewards focus on Race Rerolls, a resource tied to the character creator's randomized base-stat results. There is also a launch-themed cosmetic Party Hat included with one code.

The Veil places players in a dark maze filled with hostile monsters, while leaving room for unpredictable encounters with other people. Not every player will necessarily approach the adventure cooperatively, so having a character setup that feels right can matter before venturing deeper. Race Rerolls do not guarantee a particular result, but they provide more chances to roll for a different foundation in character creation.

As of September 8, 2026, there are two known active codes. The experience is still early in its life, and no codes have expired so far. That may not remain the case for long, particularly for a release promotion, so it is worth redeeming both as soon as possible.

All active The Veil codes

  • VERITYBOMB -- 3 Race Rerolls
  • RELEASE -- 6 Race Rerolls and a Party Hat

Redeeming both codes awards a total of nine Race Rerolls, alongside the Party Hat cosmetic from the RELEASE code. The rerolls are the more mechanically significant part of these giveaways, as they let players revisit the randomized race outcome and its base stats rather than immediately committing to the first result they receive.

That said, the Party Hat is still a nice extra for anyone who wants a visible memento of The Veil's launch period. It does not change combat capability or progression, but it should appear among the player's items once the associated code has been accepted.

How to redeem codes in The Veil

There is one requirement to take care of before attempting to enter a code: players need to join the BlackstarDW Studios community group through Roblox. It is best to handle that from the Roblox menu before starting the experience, as an option to join the group is not readily available from inside the game itself.

Once the group requirement is done, use the following process:

  1. Launch The Veil in Roblox.
  2. Complete the initial tutorial, which introduces the basic controls.
  3. Select the icon with three vertical dots at the top of the screen.
  4. Scroll through the menu and choose the glowing Shop option.
  5. Inside the Shop, either scroll down to the bottom or select Codes from the menu on the left.
  6. Enter one code in the text field marked Redeem codes here!.
  7. Submit the code, then repeat the process for the remaining active promotion.

Take care when entering each one. The Veil's codes are case-sensitive, meaning the capitalization needs to match the listed version exactly. For example, RELEASE should be entered in all capital letters, while VERITYBOMB also requires its full uppercase form.

Why Race Rerolls are useful

Race Rerolls are central to the current code rewards because The Veil uses randomized results during its character-creation process. A reroll gives players another attempt at receiving a different race outcome and different base stats to build from. This makes the items especially relevant to players who are still deciding what kind of character they want to take into the labyrinth.

Because the process is random, a reroll should be viewed as another chance rather than a direct selection tool. There is no promise that one use will produce a preferred setup. Having several free attempts is therefore more valuable than having only one, and the nine rerolls available from the two current codes offer a meaningful buffer for new players.

It can be sensible to spend a little time with the tutorial and early systems before using every reroll immediately. Learning how movement, encounters, and character progression feel may help players decide whether they are happy with their current starting point. On the other hand, anyone who already knows they want to pursue a different base-stat combination can use the codes early and begin their run with more options.

Where to find the code menu

The redemption path is slightly less direct than in some Roblox experiences because it is tucked inside the Shop interface rather than displayed permanently on the main screen. After the tutorial, open the three-dot menu at the top of the screen and locate the bright Shop entry. The Shop contains a dedicated Codes category on its left-side navigation, which can save time compared with manually scrolling through the full menu.

If the Codes category is not immediately obvious, scroll to the bottom of the Shop instead. Both routes lead to the same redemption field. Once there, enter the promotion carefully and redeem it one at a time.

Players should also know that The Veil does not provide a particularly clear on-screen confirmation after a successful redemption. This can make it easy to wonder whether a code worked, especially after entering a reward that grants rerolls instead of a visible cosmetic. Check your inventory at the bottom of the screen for physical items such as the Party Hat. For rerolls, pay attention to the character-related options and avoid repeatedly submitting a code just because there was no dramatic success message.

No expired codes yet

There are currently no expired The Veil codes. That is unsurprising given that the available offers include the initial RELEASE promotion and the experience has not had a long history of code campaigns. Still, launch bonuses often have limited lifespans even when an exact expiration date is not announced.

For that reason, new and returning players should not wait for a future character rebuild before claiming these rewards. Redeeming a code adds the associated items to the account without requiring every reroll to be spent right away, so claiming them now is the safer choice if the promotions are still active.

The Veil's labyrinth and player danger

The Veil's setting is built around surviving a mysterious, foreboding labyrinth. Monsters are a consistent danger, but the social element can be just as important. Other players may choose to cooperate and make their way through the maze together, or they may embrace a more chaotic player-versus-player approach.

That uncertainty gives character preparation additional weight. A player entering the labyrinth does not only need to consider how to deal with the environment and enemy hordes; they may also need to adapt to the behavior of the people they encounter. Race Rerolls are not a substitute for learning the game's systems, but they can help players start with a set of base stats they are more comfortable building upon.

For now, the code list is short and straightforward: enter VERITYBOMB for three Race Rerolls, then use RELEASE for six more rerolls and the Party Hat. Join the BlackstarDW Studios group first, finish the tutorial, and head through the three-dot menu to Shop and then Codes. With no expired promotions listed at present, these are the available freebies to claim before facing what waits deeper in The Veil.
