The London-based record label, Data Discs, made this exciting announcement revealing that the resequenced soundtrack is newly remastered, ensuring a top-quality auditory experience. The nostalgic value is amped up with a visually arresting glow-in-the-dark outer sleeve that is sure to become a collector's item.
The soundtrack boasts compositions by Tomoko Sasaki and Naofumi Hataya, who have both contributed liner notes to this edition, offering personal insights into the creation of these iconic tunes. Music lovers and game enthusiasts can choose between two distinct versions for purchase. One is a more budget-friendly option, a translucent purple vinyl priced at £31.99. The other is a limited edition variant—translucent purple with an additional white splatter design priced at £39.99—and it comes with an extra 7-inch record.
